What My Guarantee Covers
Your safety is not something to cut corners on. That's why I stand behind every lock I repair, replace or fit across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
If something goes wrong with a lock I repaired or fitted within 12 months, I'll come back and put it right, by repairing it or replacing it.
Before I leave, I check that your door opens, closes and locks properly, and I explain what I've done. If you're not happy, I'm not finished.
No cheap copies. I fit only genuine, original locks and parts, including insurance-approved (BS3621) locks when your insurer requires them.
You only pay for the work I do. I'll give you a clear price before I start, with no hidden charges.
City and Guilds and NCFE certified, DBS-checked and fully insured, so you know who is working on your door.
No call centre. If you ever have a problem with my work, you call me and I'll sort it.
Arrived in under 20 mins to change the gearbox in my door. Also realigned the door and latches so it shouldn't break again. Explained everything he was doing clearly. Great service.
DaveI'm writing to again say thank you for the prompt and efficient service provided. After months of issues with my doorlock, I was finally blocked out. I contacted A-L24. I was told it would be about 30 mins to get here. It ended up being less. I was quickly back inside my flat. However, I did need the lock, and the barrel changed. The work was completed very professionally. At all times I was kept informed of what I needed and why. When the work was complete, I had everything explained to me, what and how, going forward. Now, to use the lock, and to get in and out of my flat, its like cutting through butter. Its so much easier. Again, thank you very much. Yes, I would recommend and would use this company again.
