What My Customers Say

Highly recommended! Very efficient, helpful, professional, prompt service. Our faulty door handle was quickly and expertly replaced by new stock the locksmith had with him. Therefore no waiting for parts from store. He also realised a fault in the alinement of the door which was unnotice by our untrained eyes.

Great service, prompt, friendly, excellent communication and affordable. Very much appreciated their support, professionalism and punctuality in making our building safe and secure! Thanks again:)

I'm writing to again say thank you for the prompt and efficient service provided. After months of issues with my doorlock, I was finally blocked out. I contacted A-L24. I was told it would be about 30 mins to get here. It ended up being less. I was quickly back inside my flat. However, I did need the lock, and the barrel changed. The work was completed very professionally. At all times I was kept informed of what I needed and why. When the work was complete, I had everything explained to me, what and how, going forward. Now, to use the lock, and to get in and out of my flat, its like cutting through butter. Its so much easier. Again, thank you very much. Yes, I would recommend and would use this company again.

Arrived in under 20 mins to change the gearbox in my door. Also realigned the door and latches so it shouldn't break again. Explained everything he was doing clearly. Great service.

Very reliable and good service. Came 30 mins after phoning and got us back into flat in no time! And reasonably priced too. Recommend these guys especially due to them picking up quick unlike many other places who didn’t even answer the phone.

Excellent service, was out to me within 25 mins as promised and removed and fitted a new lock also very quick. Price was very reasonable and all round top service highly recommended 👍

Had to give this guy a call this morning before 8am! Just home from my nursing nightshift and got locked out! Wasn't a click yale or anything, actually need to turn the key to lock, however today, the door shut and the lock locked leaving me outside! I did have the key but it was the handles that were broken! Panic! Thank god I had my mobile in my pocket! Phoned this guy (sorry didn't get your name!) And he said he would be 20 minutes, I was really apologetic regarding phoning so early! Time passed and he arrived before his said time, great service, I was stressed, given reassurance, spoke me through my problem and what was needed to fix it, step by step explained! Great customer service and excellent value for money! Done in no time so I could get to my bed before working again tonight! So grateful for this guy! Would highly recommend him to everyone! Invited everyone on Facebook to follow! If anyone asks he's the guy to call for sure! Thank you so much for coming out to help me! Your time and effort is really appreciated!
