What information I collect
- When you call, text or WhatsApp me: your phone number, name, address and details of the job.
- When you use the quote form: your name, phone number and postcode, plus your email and message if you add them.
- When I do a job: the job address, the work done and the details needed for your receipt or invoice. I do not store card numbers.
- When you visit this website: if you accept cookies, how you use the site and which advert brought you here (see “Cookies” below).
Why I use it
- To reply to you, give you a quote and do the job you asked for.
- To keep invoices and accounting records, because the law requires it.
- To protect the website from spam and misuse.
- To see how the website is used and which adverts work, but only if you accept cookies.
The legal reasons are: doing what you asked me to do, meeting my legal duties for tax records, my legitimate interest in protecting the website from spam and misuse, and your consent for analytics and advertising cookies.
I never sell your information and I don’t send marketing messages.
Who I share it with
